2. Cancellations Made by the Customer

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time are eligible for a refund.
A 10% administration fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. -
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, missed pickups, or cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched.
Example:
If your transfer is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Friday, the latest time to cancel and receive a refund (minus 10% fee) is 10:00 AM on Wednesday.
3. Cancellations Made by Airlinel
In rare cases where Airlinel.com or our partners need to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, or safety concerns), you will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule your transfer at no additional cost.
We will always do our best to notify you as early as possible if a cancellation occurs on our end.
4. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5β10 business days using the same payment method used for the booking.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
If you do not receive your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@londonos.uk with your booking details.
5. Modifications & Rescheduling
If you wish to modify your booking (for example, changing the date, time, or pickup location), please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Please note that fare differences or additional charges may apply depending on the new travel details.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Failure to show up at the pickup point on time

Providing incorrect booking details (such as flight number or pickup address)

Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, road closures, or weather conditions
