Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. Everyone travelling in the car is included, and the price you see when you book does not change.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Add your flight number when you book. Your driver tracks the flight, and the 60 minutes of free waiting start when you actually land.

Where do I meet my driver?

In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Your driver's details are in your confirmation and in My Bookings.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Add the children's ages in the booking notes.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Your card is only charged 24 hours before pickup.
