1. General Policy

All bookings made through Airlinel.com are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. How Payment Works

When you book online, the fare is authorised (held) on your card – it is not charged yet. The amount is charged 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, or earlier if our team confirms the booking manually. For bookings made less than 24 hours before pickup, the fare is charged straight away.

To make the later charge possible, your card is stored securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

3. Cancellations Made by the Customer

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. The hold on your card is released, so nothing is charged; your bank may take a few days to remove the hold from your statement.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable; the full fare is charged.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed pickups.
For a return transfer, each journey follows its own 24-hour rule: you can cancel the return journey free of charge up to 24 hours before its pickup, even if the outbound journey has already taken place. If the return fare had already been charged with the outbound journey, it is refunded to your card.

You can cancel online at any time from My Bookings with your booking reference and e-mail address.

Example:
If your transfer is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Friday, you can cancel free of charge until 10:00 AM on Thursday. Your card is charged at 10:00 AM on Thursday; cancellations after that are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations Made by Airlinel

In rare cases where Airlinel.com or our partners need to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, or safety concerns), you will be offered:

A full refund, or
The option to reschedule your transfer at no additional cost.

We will always do our best to notify you as early as possible if a cancellation occurs on our end.

5. Refund Process

If you cancel before your card has been charged, there is nothing to refund – the hold is simply released. Refunds of fares already charged are issued to the card used for the booking and are normally processed within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Modifications & Rescheduling

If you wish to modify your booking (for example, changing the date, time, or pickup location), please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Please note that fare differences or additional charges may apply depending on the new travel details.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled pickup
Failure to show up at the pickup point on time
Providing incorrect booking details (such as flight number or pickup address)
Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, road closures, or weather conditions
