Antalya VIP Chauffeur: Personal Meet and Greet and Private Transfers
VIP service is defined by attention to detail rather than by the car’s badge. For guests arriving at Antalya Airport, it means a driver already waiting when you walk into arrivals, a vehicle reserved only for you, and a journey arranged around your preferences – whether you are going to a five-star resort in Belek, a villa in Kalkan or a yacht in Kemer marina.
Arrival
We track your flight from departure. When you reach the arrivals hall, your chauffeur is there with a sign carrying your name – or a different name, if you prefer not to be identified. The driver takes the luggage and walks with you to the car. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.
The vehicle
All our Antalya-region transfers use the Mercedes Vito: six individual seats, air conditioning and room for 6 large suitcases. It suits VIP guests travelling with family, staff or security, because everyone and all the luggage travel together.
Privacy
- A pseudonym or company name on the arrival sign on request.
- A specific pickup point at your hotel, villa or marina, if you tell us in advance.
- One contact number for the office: +90 242 212 04 30.
Fixed prices, no surprises
VIP does not mean a surprise bill. Fares are fixed per vehicle: €35 to Antalya city, Lara and Konyaaltı; €45 to Belek; €50 to Kemer; €65 to Side; €75 to Alanya; €120 to Kaş; €160 to Fethiye. Journeys during your stay are priced by distance and shown before you pay.
Villas, yachts and private residences
Many VIP guests stay in private villas – in Kemer’s hills, on Belek’s golf estates, around Kaş and Kalkan – or join a yacht. Send the exact location, gate details and a contact person, or the marina and berth, and the driver will come to the door or the quay.
During your stay
VIP guests often book evenings in Kaleiçi, visits to Perge and Aspendos, or trips along the coast. Each journey is booked at a fixed price; choosing “Return” on the booking form books the way back with a discount on the return leg.
Destination VIP pages
For destination-specific advice, see Belek, Kemer, Kaş or Lara.
A driver reserved for your stay
An exclusive chauffeur service means the car and the driver are booked for your party alone, for the journeys you choose. In Antalya that usually starts with the airport and continues with the outings that are awkward by public transport: an evening in Kaleiçi, a day at the ancient sites, a trip along the coast.
Airport transfer
Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall at Antalya Airport with a name sign. Fixed fares per vehicle: €35 to the city, Lara and Konyaaltı; €45 to Belek; €50 to Kemer; €65 to Side; €75 to Alanya. The car is a Mercedes Vito with 6 passenger seats and room for 6 large suitcases. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.
Ideas during your stay
- Kaleiçi by night: the old town and harbour; book the return for after dinner.
- Perge: a vast Roman city, only a few minutes from the airport.
- Aspendos: one of the best-preserved Roman theatres in the world.
- The coast road west: Phaselis, the Tahtalı cable car and Olympos.
- Side: the Temple of Apollo at sunset.
Each leg has a fixed price, shown on the booking form before you pay. Choosing “Return” books the way back in the same payment.
A sample day
Start at Perge in the cool of the morning, continue to Aspendos for the theatre, have lunch in Belek or Serik, and return to your hotel in the afternoon – each leg booked at a fixed price, with no parking to find at the sites. In the evening, a short transfer to Kaleiçi for dinner and back.
Quiet and discreet
Our drivers are used to guests who want to rest, work or take calls during the journey. For a different name on the arrival sign or particular pickup instructions, use the booking notes.
Chauffeur, not rental
You are not renting a car to drive yourself; the vehicle comes with a professional driver who handles parking and waits where needed. See car hire with driver vs self-drive.
Day trips
For full-day itineraries – the ancient sites, the coast, the mountains – see chauffeur services for day trips and tours.
Business travel and events
Antalya is not only a holiday destination. It hosts international congresses, trade fairs, incentive trips and company meetings throughout the year, and its industrial and agricultural sectors bring business visitors in every season. Our executive chauffeur service is designed for them.
Arrivals
We track each guest’s flight. The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with the guest’s name or company name on a sign; the first 60 minutes after landing are free. Fixed fares per vehicle include €35 to city addresses and Lara, €45 to Belek and €50 to Kemer.
The car
A Mercedes Vito with individual seats, air conditioning and room for 6 large items – for one executive with luggage, or a small team with presentation material or samples.
Venues
Many congresses take place in the large hotels of Lara, Kundu and Belek, which have their own conference centres; others in the city or in the exhibition area just east of the airport. Tell us the venue as well as the hotel, so transfers between them can be planned.
Timing tips
- From the airport, the city and Lara are 15–30 minutes away; Belek about 35 minutes.
- Crossing the city from east to west is slowest in the late afternoon.
- Summer weekends are the busiest days at the airport.
Incentive trips
Incentive programmes in Antalya typically combine a few business sessions with leisure: a dinner in Kaleiçi, a visit to Perge and Aspendos, a golf afternoon in Belek or a boat day from the old harbour. Send us the full programme and we will plan vehicles for each part, from single Vitos to quoted minibuses.
Payment
Bookings are paid online by card and confirmed by email with a reference number. For an invoice, ask at [email protected] quoting the reference. Airlinel is operated by Londonos Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Book on the booking form. Delegations should read Antalya group transfers; for business travel to specific resorts, see Belek or Lara.
Your driver
The driver is the person you actually spend your transfer with. On the Antalya coast, where routes range from a 15-minute hop to Lara to a three-hour drive to Kaş, a professional driver makes a real difference. Here is what you can expect.
Local drivers, local offices
Our transfers in Türkiye are run from offices in Antalya’s Muratpaşa district and in Kemer. Drivers know the city’s boulevards and rush hours, the D400 east to Side and Alanya, the mountain road west to Kaş, and the entrances of hundreds of hotels and residential sites.
What your driver does
- Checks your flight’s actual landing time before leaving.
- Waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign.
- Handles your luggage at both ends.
- Fits child seats you requested, free of charge.
- Drives directly to your address, with no other passengers.
On longer routes
For transfers of two hours or more – Alanya, Kaş, Fethiye – a short break is normal; agree it at the start. On the winding roads west of Kemer, passengers prone to car sickness should sit in front and let the driver know.
Seasons and traffic
Local knowledge pays off most in summer. Saturdays and Sundays are the peak changeover days, when the airport, the D400 and the resort entrances are busiest. In the city, the late afternoon is the slowest time to cross from east to west. Drivers plan around these patterns – and because every fare is fixed, the time they save is yours, not a saving on the meter.
Changes through the office
Changes to a booking – another address, an extra passenger, a new time – go through the office so the schedule and the price are updated: +90 242 212 04 30 or [email protected].
Language and special needs
Drivers work with international guests every day. Write any special requirements in English in the booking notes, and the office briefs the driver before the pickup.

Luxury car hire with a driver
If you searched for luxury car hire in Antalya, it is worth being clear about what we offer: Airlinel does not rent out cars for you to drive yourself. We provide a premium vehicle with a professional driver, for the journeys you choose. For many visitors to the Antalya coast, that turns out to be the more comfortable – and often the more economical – option.
The vehicle
The Mercedes Vito, our First Class Van, has six individual seats, strong air conditioning and room for 6 large suitcases. It suits couples who want space, families and groups of friends travelling together.
What is included
- A professional driver who knows Antalya and the whole coast.
- Meet and greet at Antalya Airport with a name sign.
- Flight tracking and 60 minutes of free waiting.
- Fuel, tolls and parking.
- Child seats, free on request.
Self-drive or chauffeur?
A rental car is good value if you plan to drive every day, especially on a road trip with several overnight stops. A chauffeur-driven car is better when you mainly need the airport transfer and a few outings, when you would rather not drive on mountain roads or in city traffic, and when you want to enjoy dinner with a glass of wine. See Antalya car hire with driver for a detailed comparison.
Ideas for a week
- An evening in Kaleiçi, Antalya’s old town.
- Perge and Aspendos, two of the region’s finest ancient sites.
- The coast road west to Phaselis and the Tahtalı cable car.
- Side’s old town and the Manavgat waterfall.
Why a Vito, not a sports car?
A luxury two-seater looks good in a brochure but holds two people and two small bags. The Vito gives every passenger an individual seat, room for six suitcases and cool air on hot days – real comfort for a family or a group of friends. For destination ideas, see day trips with a chauffeur.
Special occasions
For a transfer that is part of a wedding, anniversary or proposal, write the details in the booking notes or email [email protected] before your trip.
Chauffeur-driven instead of self-drive
Should you rent a car in Antalya or use a car with a driver? The answer depends on your plans. Airlinel provides chauffeur-driven vehicles only, not self-drive rentals – so here is an honest comparison to help you decide.
When a car with a driver makes more sense
- You are staying at an all-inclusive resort and mainly need the airport transfer.
- You plan a few outings rather than driving every day.
- You do not want to drive after a long flight, at night or on mountain roads.
- You want to avoid deposits, insurance excess, fuel and parking.
- You are travelling in a group of five or six with luggage.
When self-drive makes more sense
- You want to explore every day at your own pace.
- You are planning a multi-day road trip – along the Lycian coast or inland to Pamukkale.
- You are comfortable with Turkish traffic and mountain driving.
Costs to compare
When comparing, add to the daily rental rate: the deposit blocked on your credit card, the insurance excess, fuel, tolls, parking at sights and in towns, and the time spent at the rental desk. A transfer has one fixed price per vehicle – €35 to the city or Lara, €45 to Belek, €50 to Kemer, €65 to Side, €75 to Alanya – with fuel, tolls and parking included.
A mixed approach
Many visitors combine both: a chauffeur-driven transfer from the airport after the flight, then a rental car picked up locally for a day or two of exploring, then a transfer back to the airport. It avoids driving tired and saves on airport rental fees.
What our service includes
A Mercedes Vito with 6 passenger seats and room for 6 large suitcases; a driver waiting in arrivals with your name; flight tracking and 60 minutes of free waiting; free child seats on request.
Driving in Antalya: what to expect
Antalya’s main roads are modern, but the city’s boulevards are busy at rush hour, roundabouts are fast-moving, and parking near Kaleiçi and the beaches is limited in summer. West of Kemer, the coast road becomes a mountain road with hairpin bends. Confident drivers enjoy it; others are glad to leave it to someone who drives it every day. Fixed fares are listed on the rates page.
