Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, graduations, family reunions – Antalya’s restaurants, beach clubs and hotels host celebrations of every kind. Getting guests to and from the venue safely, especially late at night, is part of a successful event.
Guests from abroad
If guests are flying in, send us their flights and hotels. We meet each flight with a name sign and take guests directly to their accommodation. Fixed fares per vehicle: €35 to Antalya city and Lara, €45 to Belek, €50 to Kemer, €65 to Side.
To and from the venue
For the event itself, tell us the venue, the start time and when you expect to finish. We plan vehicles to bring guests from their hotels and take them back afterwards – so nobody needs to drive, and nobody has to find a taxi at 1 a.m.

Safety after the party
The most important transfer of any celebration is often the last one: getting guests home safely after midnight. Booking return transfers in advance means nobody is tempted to drive, and nobody is left waiting for a taxi on a busy night.
The guest of honour
For a surprise arrival or a special entrance, a private Vito can bring the guest of honour at a precise time. Write the plan in the booking notes.
Vehicles
Each Mercedes Vito carries up to 6 passengers. Larger groups use several Vitos or a quoted minibus; see Antalya minibus hire.
Departures
Guests leaving the morning after a celebration often need early pickups. Send us the departure list and we will plan pickups according to each hotel’s distance from the airport.
