Antalya Group Transfers for Events & Conferences

Antalya is one of Türkiye’s busiest destinations for congresses, incentive trips, weddings, sports camps and group tours. When guests arrive on many flights and stay in different hotels, transfers need a plan. This page is for organisers.

Start with the arrivals list

Send names, flight numbers, landing times, passengers per flight and hotels. We assign vehicles per flight:

up to 6 passengers: one Mercedes Vito at the fixed fare (from €35 for the city and Lara);
7–12 passengers: two Vitos or a minibus;
larger groups: minibuses, quoted individually.

Many hotels, many areas

Large events often spread across several hotels – a congress hotel in Lara, overflow rooms in Belek, VIPs in Kaleiçi. Tell us who stays where, and we will plan drop-offs efficiently. Area pages explain local details: Lara, Belek, Kemer.

Signs and meeting point

Drivers wait in arrivals with the event name, company name or guest name on the sign. Each flight is tracked, with 60 minutes of free waiting.

Congress venues

Many Antalya congresses take place in the large hotels of Lara, Kundu and Belek, which have their own conference centres. Others use venues in the city or the exhibition area east of the airport, only a few kilometres from the terminals. Tell us the venue as well as the hotels, so we can plan transfers between them.

During the event

Programmes often include dinners in Kaleiçi, excursions to Perge and Aspendos, or evenings in Belek or Side. We can plan vehicles for each part.

Departures

We plan pickups by flight time, allowing for the distance from each hotel to the airport and summer weekend queues at check-in.

Group sizes and vehicles

Groups arriving at Antalya Airport – weddings, sports teams, conferences, extended families – need vehicles that fit both the people and the luggage. Here is how we plan group transfers, from six passengers to sixty.

Choosing the vehicles

Up to 6 people: one Mercedes Vito at the fixed fare for the destination – for example €35 to Lara or the city, €50 to Kemer, €65 to Side.
7–12 people: two Vitos (for example €70 to Lara or €100 to Kemer), or a minibus on request.
Larger groups or lots of equipment: minibuses, quoted individually.

Requesting a minibus quote

In the booking results, choose a minibus and press “Get a Custom Quote”, or email [email protected] with the number of passengers, suitcases and bulky items (golf bags, bikes, sports kit), flight details and the destination.

Plan by flight

When a group arrives on several flights, the most efficient plan assigns vehicles per flight instead of making everyone wait for the last arrival. Two Vitos can serve two flights; a minibus suits one large wave.

Meeting a group

Drivers wait in arrivals with a sign showing the group name, event name or lead passenger. Each flight is tracked, with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.

Golf groups and sports teams

Two kinds of group are especially common in Antalya. Golf groups head mainly for Belek, with a golf bag per player as well as suitcases – which usually means two vehicles for a four-ball. Sports teams come for winter training camps, with kit bags and equipment. In both cases, tell us the number of large items as well as the number of people.

Travelling with children

Families make up a large share of travellers to Antalya, and the airport transfer is where many holidays start with tired children and too much luggage. A private minivan solves that: one vehicle for the whole family, at a price agreed before you fly.

The vehicle

Our minivan is the Mercedes Vito – six individual passenger seats, air conditioning and space for 6 large suitcases plus hand luggage and usually a folded buggy. Sliding doors make it easy to get children in and out.

Free child seats

Child seats and booster seats are free. Note the number and ages in the booking; for babies, give the exact age. You can also bring your own seat.

Fixed fares for the family

The price is per vehicle, not per person: €35 to Lara or Antalya city, €45 to Belek, €50 to Kemer, €65 to Side, €75 to Alanya. The full list is on the rates page.

Planning the journey with children

Lara and Belek are the shortest transfers – ideal with toddlers.
For Side, Alanya or Kaş, agree a short break with the driver.
Keep water, snacks and a change of clothes in hand luggage.
Evening flights work well: many children sleep on the way.

Where families stay

Lara and Kundu, 20 minutes from the airport, have very large resorts with water parks. Belek, 35 minutes away, combines family resorts with the Land of Legends theme park. Side and Alanya have long, shallow sandy beaches. Kemer and Konyaaltı have pebble beaches with clear water. The shorter the transfer, the easier the arrival day with small children.

At the airport

We follow your flight. Your driver waits in arrivals with your name and helps with the trolley. The first 60 minutes after landing are free, so there is time for toilets and a snack.

Book both ways
