Belek Group Transfer: Events, Weddings and Corporate Groups
Belek’s large resorts are popular for conferences, incentive trips, weddings and sports events. This page is for the organisers who need to get everyone from Antalya Airport to the right hotel – and back – without anyone waiting for hours.
Send us the arrivals list
The most efficient plan is built around flights. Send a list with names, flight numbers, landing times, the number of passengers per flight and their hotel. We then assign vehicles to each wave of arrivals:
- up to 6 passengers per flight: one Mercedes Vito, €45 to Belek;
- 7–12 passengers: two Vitos (€90) or a minibus;
- larger waves: minibuses, quoted individually.
Several hotels
Large events often fill more than one Belek resort, or put some guests in Kadriye or Boğazkent. All are €45 per vehicle from Antalya Airport. Tell us who goes where and we will plan the drops accordingly.
Signs and meeting point
Drivers wait in the arrivals hall with a sign showing the event name, the company name or the guest name, as you prefer. Each flight is tracked and has 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
During the event
Group programmes often include an evening out or a cultural visit. From Belek, Aspendos is about 10 km away, Perge about 27 km, Side about 44 km and Antalya’s old town about 42 km. These can be added to the same plan; see long-distance transfers from Belek.
Event venues near Belek
Besides the resorts’ own ballrooms and beach areas, organisers often use venues in the wider area: the restaurants and old harbour of Kaleiçi in Antalya, or a cultural visit to the theatre at Aspendos, which also hosts an opera and ballet festival. Transfers to all of these can be booked at fixed prices per vehicle and coordinated with your programme.
