Kemer Group Transfer: Airport Transfers for Groups, Events and Teams
Group travel to Kemer has its own logistics. Guests arrive on different flights, some need to go to one hotel and some to another, and someone has to keep track of it all. This page is for organisers: wedding planners, event agencies, incentive groups, school and sports trips.
Plan by flight, not by group size
The most useful thing you can send us is a list of arrivals: name, flight number, landing time and number of people per flight. Grouping passengers by flight lets us use the right vehicle for each wave of arrivals instead of keeping 30 people waiting for the last plane.
- Up to 6 passengers on one flight: one Mercedes Vito, €50 to Kemer town.
- 7–12 passengers: two Vitos, €100 to Kemer town, or one minibus on request.
- Larger waves: minibuses, quoted individually.
Multiple hotels
Kemer events often spread guests across several hotels – for example a main hotel in Kemer town and overflow rooms in Göynük or Kiriş. Tell us which guests go where and we will plan the cars accordingly. Fares for the Kemer area start at €40 for Beldibi and go up to €65 for Çıralı and Olympos; see the rates page for every zone.
Meet and greet for groups
Each driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing the event name or the guest’s name – whichever you prefer. Flights are tracked individually, and the first 60 minutes after each landing are free.
Event days and excursions
Besides airport runs, groups often need cars during the stay: a dinner at the marina, a boat day, a visit to Phaselis or the Tahtalı cable car near Tekirova. These can be added to the same plan. For journeys further afield, such as Antalya old town or Belek, see long-distance transfers from Kemer.
Paying for a group
Small groups can simply make one online booking per vehicle and pay by card. For larger events, ask us for one quote covering the full programme. Email [email protected] with your list, or call +90 242 212 04 30.
For a family-size group, the private minivan page is a better starting point; for minibus-only requests, see Kemer minibus hire.
Group sizes and vehicles
Hiring a minibus is the obvious answer for a wedding party, a sports team or three families travelling together to Kemer. Before you book, it helps to know when one minibus is the best choice and when two smaller vehicles work out better. This page explains both options.
Up to 6 people: one Mercedes Vito
Many “minibus” requests are for five or six people. For that size of group, our standard vehicle – a Mercedes Vito with 6 seats and room for 6 large suitcases – is enough. From Antalya Airport to Kemer town it costs €50 for the vehicle, booked and paid online.
7 to 12 people: two Vitos or a minibus
For a group of up to 12, two Vitos travelling together cost €100 to Kemer town. They also give you flexibility: if part of the group arrives on a different flight, each car can be scheduled separately. Alternatively, we can quote a single minibus.
More than 12 people: a minibus quote
For larger groups we arrange minibuses with a driver. Because the right vehicle depends on the number of passengers, the amount of luggage (diving gear, golf bags, sports equipment) and the timing, minibuses are priced individually. In the booking results, choose a minibus and press “Get a Custom Quote”, or email the details to [email protected]. Please include:
- the number of adults and children,
- the number of large suitcases and any bulky equipment,
- flight numbers and arrival times,
- the hotel or hotels in the Kemer area.
Why a private group transfer beats the resort coach
Package-holiday coaches often wait for several flights and stop at many hotels. A private minibus or a pair of Vitos leaves when your group is ready and goes only to your hotel. For a group arriving tired after a long flight, that can save more than an hour.
Meeting a group at the airport
The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing the group name or the lead passenger’s name. The first 60 minutes after landing are free, which helps when a large group takes longer to collect its luggage.
Travelling with children
Families travelling to Kemer usually have the same problem: five or six people, a mountain of suitcases, a buggy and children who are tired from the flight. A standard taxi is too small and a shuttle coach takes too long. A private minivan solves both.
The vehicle
Our minivan in the Antalya region is the Mercedes Vito, which we call the First Class Van. It has 6 passenger seats, air conditioning and space for 6 large suitcases plus hand luggage. A folded buggy normally fits too – mention it in the booking notes so the driver can plan the boot.
Child seats at no extra cost
Child seats and booster seats are free. Add the number and the children’s ages in the notes when you book, and they will be fitted before we collect you. This is one of the main reasons families choose a pre-booked minivan over a taxi from the rank.
The journey with children
The drive to Kemer takes about an hour along the coast. Because it is a private transfer, there are no stops at other hotels, and if someone needs a break on the way, ask the driver. After an evening arrival, most children are asleep before the car leaves Antalya.
Meeting you at the airport
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign and helps with the luggage trolley. We follow your flight number, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free – enough time for a family to collect bags and visit the toilets without rushing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can guests on different flights be picked up separately?
Yes. That is usually the best way to avoid long waits at the airport.
Can you put our event name on the sign?
Yes. Tell us what you want on the sign when you send the arrival list.
Do you transport sports equipment?
Yes, within the vehicle’s space. List bulky items so we can choose the right vehicle.
Is there one invoice for the whole group?
Ask the office about one quote for the whole programme: [email protected].
How many people fit in one vehicle?
The Mercedes Vito seats 6 passengers with 6 large suitcases. Minibuses for larger groups are quoted individually.
Can we book two cars for one group?
Yes. Make two bookings, or ask us to arrange both together.
Can the minibus wait while we visit somewhere?
Yes, for day trips. Include the plan in your quote request.
How quickly do you reply to a quote request?
We reply as quickly as we can. For urgent requests, call +90 242 212 04 30.
How many child seats can you provide?
Tell us the number and the children’s ages in the booking notes, and we will confirm the seats with your booking.
Does a buggy count as a suitcase?
No, but please mention it so the driver knows. A folded buggy usually fits alongside 6 suitcases.
