Lara Beach Group Transfer: Conferences, Events and Large Groups
Lara and Kundu are home to some of Antalya’s largest hotels, many with conference centres and ballrooms. They host congresses, product launches, weddings and sports events throughout the year. With the airport only 20 minutes away, group transfers here are mostly about timing and coordination.
Plan by flight
Send us a list of names, flight numbers, landing times, number of passengers and hotel. We plan vehicles per flight:
- up to 6 passengers: one Mercedes Vito, €35 to Lara or Kundu;
- 7–12 passengers: two Vitos (€70) or a minibus;
- larger groups: minibuses, quoted individually.
Quick turnarounds
Because the hotels are so close to the airport, one vehicle can often make several airport runs in a few hours. That makes it practical to meet each flight individually rather than holding guests at the airport for the last arrival.
Signs and meeting point
Drivers wait in arrivals with the event name, company name or guest name on the sign. Each flight is tracked, with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
During the event
Evening programmes often take guests into Antalya: Kaleiçi and the old harbour are about 18 km from Lara Beach. Allow for city traffic in the early evening. Transfers can be planned for each part of the programme.
Exhibitions and congresses
Antalya hosts trade fairs and congresses throughout the year, and many visitors stay in Lara and Kundu hotels because of their proximity to the airport. For a congress with a fixed start time, plan arrivals for the day before – the transfer is short, but flight delays are not.
Departures
For departures, we plan pickups by flight time. From Lara, two and a quarter hours before an international flight is normally enough.

Group sizes and vehicles
Lara’s big hotels are popular with groups: extended families, friends celebrating together, conference delegates and sports teams. The transfer is short, but getting everyone and their luggage there in one go still needs the right vehicles.
Which vehicle?
- Up to 6 people: one Mercedes Vito – €35 from Antalya Airport to Lara or Kundu.
- 7–12 people: two Vitos (€70), or a minibus on request.
- Larger groups or lots of equipment: minibuses, quoted individually.
On such a short route, two Vitos are often the easiest and cheapest solution for up to 12 people, and they can be scheduled for different flights.
Minibus quotes
Choose a minibus in the booking results and press “Get a Custom Quote”, or email [email protected] with the number of passengers, suitcases and bulky items, the flight details and the hotel.
Meeting a group
Drivers wait in arrivals with a sign showing the group or lead passenger’s name. Each flight is tracked, with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
Group trips from Lara
Lara is a convenient base for group outings: Kaleiçi is about 18 km away, the Land of Legends theme park in Belek about 22 km, and Perge and Aspendos are within an hour. These can be added to your quote; see transfers from Lara.
Sports teams
Antalya’s mild winters make it a popular training destination, and Lara’s hotels often host teams with kit bags and equipment. Tell us the number of players and staff and the amount of equipment when you request a quote, so we can plan enough luggage space as well as seats.
Conference and event groups

Travelling with children
For families, Lara is one of the easiest places to arrive on the Turkish Riviera: the hotels are only about 20 minutes from the airport, the beach is long and sandy, and many resorts have water parks and kids’ clubs. A private minivan makes those 20 minutes effortless.
Space for the whole family
The Mercedes Vito has six individual seats and room for 6 large suitcases, with space for hand luggage and usually a folded buggy. Sliding doors make it easy to get children in and out.
Free child seats
Child seats and boosters are free. Note the number and ages of the children in the booking. For babies, give the exact age; if you prefer to bring your own seat, just mention it.
One price for everyone
The fare to Lara and Kundu is €35 for the vehicle, the same for two people or six.
A short, easy journey
About 12–18 km and 15–25 minutes, with no stops for other passengers. It is short enough that even tired toddlers usually make it without complaint.
At the airport
We follow your flight. The driver waits in arrivals with your name and helps with the trolley. The first 60 minutes after landing are free, so there is time for the toilets and a snack.
With children in Lara
Lara’s beach is long and shallow in many places. Nearby family outings include the Lower Düden waterfall, where the river falls into the sea from the cliffs, the Land of Legends theme park in Belek (about 22 km), and the aquarium in Konyaaltı on the other side of the city. See transfers from Lara.
Choosing a family hotel in Lara
Lara’s hotels are mostly large resorts along the beach, while Kundu, a little further east, is known for very large all-inclusive hotels with extensive pools and water slides. Both areas are €35 from the airport, so the transfer price does not need to influence your choice.
