Antalya VIP Transfers for Weddings and Events
Antalya and its coast are among the most popular wedding destinations in Türkiye – for couples from abroad as well as for Turkish families. A wedding means dozens of guests arriving on different flights, staying in different hotels, and all needing to be at the ceremony on time. Transfers are a big part of making the day work.
Guest arrivals
Send us a list of guests with flight numbers, landing times and hotels. We plan vehicles per flight so nobody waits for the last plane:
- up to 6 guests per flight: one Mercedes Vito – for example €35 to Lara or Kaleiçi, €45 to Belek, €50 to Kemer;
- 7–12 guests: two Vitos or a minibus;
- larger groups: minibuses, quoted individually.
Drivers wait in arrivals with a sign showing the couple’s names or the guest’s name, as you prefer.
The wedding day
On the day itself, guests need to get from their hotels to the ceremony, from the ceremony to the reception and back late at night. Tell us the venues and times, and we will plan the vehicles. Popular settings include beach clubs and resort gardens in Belek and Lara, restored mansions in Kaleiçi and terraces with sea views around Kemer.
The couple’s own transfer
For the couple, a private Vito from the hotel to the ceremony keeps the dress and suit uncreased and leaves room for a photographer or a parent. Write any wishes in the booking notes – a particular route, a precise arrival time.
Departures
After the celebrations, guests leave over one or two days. Send us the departure list and we will plan pickups according to the distance from each hotel to the airport.
