Antalya Airport Transfer for VIP Groups and Families

VIP groups and extended families have special requirements: several vehicles arriving at the same time, staff and security travelling with the principals, privacy at the airport, and drop-offs at villas or resort wings. Here is how we plan these arrivals in Antalya.

Vehicles

Each Mercedes Vito carries up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases. For a group of twelve, two Vitos; for more, additional vehicles or quoted minibuses. Fixed fares per vehicle include €35 to Antalya city and Lara, €45 to Belek, €50 to Kemer and €65 to Side.

Coordinated arrivals

Send us the passenger list, with who travels with whom and on which flight. We assign vehicles accordingly – for example, one car for the family, one for staff and luggage – and schedule them to leave together or separately as you prefer.

Privacy

• A pseudonym or company name on the arrival sign.
• A specific pickup point at your hotel, villa or marina.

Children

Child seats are free on request. Give the number and ages; for babies, the exact age.

Luggage

VIP groups often travel with considerable luggage. Tell us the number of cases so we can plan a luggage vehicle if needed.

Example: a family of fourteen

Grandparents, three families and a nanny, arriving on two flights an hour apart, staying in a villa in Kemer: three Vitos – one for the first flight, two for the second – each meeting its own flight, with child seats fitted and the villa’s gate code in the drivers’ notes. Fixed fare €50 per vehicle to Kemer town.

During the stay
