A “private taxi”
Usually means a pre-booked car that carries only your party, at an agreed price, without the meter. That is already a big step up from the rank: the price is fixed and the driver is waiting for you.
A “luxury chauffeur car”
Usually adds a more premium vehicle, a driver who meets you inside the terminal with your name, and more attention to detail. Some companies also add extras such as drinks; these vary widely, so check what is actually included.
