Antalya Airport Transfers for Conference Delegates
Antalya hosts international congresses all year round, in the conference hotels of Lara and Belek, in the city and at venues near the airport. For organisers, the delegate transfer is the first impression of the event. For delegates, it should be invisible.
How we plan delegate transfers
- You send us the arrivals list: names, flights, landing times and hotels.
- We assign vehicles per flight – one Mercedes Vito for up to 6 delegates, more vehicles or a minibus for larger waves.
- Drivers wait in arrivals with a sign showing the congress name or the delegate’s name.
- Each flight is tracked; the first 60 minutes after landing are free.
Fares
Per vehicle from Antalya Airport: €35 to Lara, Kundu and the city; €45 to Belek; €50 to Kemer. Minibuses are quoted individually.
Venues near the airport
Several venues are close to the airport, including the exhibition and events area a few kilometres east of the terminals, and the conference hotels of Lara and Kundu about 20 minutes away. Belek’s congress resorts are about 35 minutes away.
Peak congress periods
Many congresses take place in spring and autumn, when hotels have capacity and the weather is mild. Flights in those periods can be fewer than in summer, so delegates often arrive in waves on the same few flights. Send the arrivals list early so we can plan enough vehicles.
Speakers and VIP delegates
Keynote speakers and VIPs can have their own vehicle and a discreet sign. List them separately.
During the congress
Social programmes often include a dinner in Kaleiçi or an excursion to Perge and Aspendos. We can plan vehicles for these too.
Departures
We plan departures by flight time and distance; from Lara, about two and a quarter hours before an international flight is usually enough.
