Big resorts
Resorts usually have a security gate and a long driveway. Your driver handles the gate and stops at the main reception. Check-in typically includes passports and wristbands; if your room is not ready, the resort will store your bags.
City and boutique hotels
In Kaleiçi, Antalya’s old town, the lanes are largely closed to traffic. The driver stops as close as vehicle access allows. Let your hotel know your arrival time – many send someone to help with luggage.
Check-out and departure
Check-out is usually around midday. Book your pickup by distance: about two and a quarter hours before an international flight from Lara or the city, two and a half from Belek, three from Kemer or Side, four from Alanya.
Villas and apartments
The same applies to private accommodation: the driver takes you to the villa gate or apartment block entrance. For these addresses, add the name, block or villa number and a contact phone in the booking notes.
Late check-in
