North or South Terminal
Gatwick has two terminals linked by a free shuttle train. We check which one your flight uses, and your driver waits in that terminal’s arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. See Gatwick pickup tips.
Included
Flight tracking, 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, meet and greet with parking included, and free child seats on request.
Car or train?
The Gatwick Express to Victoria and Thameslink trains to London Bridge and St Pancras are quick for travellers going to a station. A car makes sense for families, groups, heavy luggage, late arrivals and destinations outside London. See Gatwick to central London.
Popular routes
Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Heathrow, Crawley, Southampton and Windsor.
Departures from Gatwick
For flights from Gatwick, the driver collects you from your door at the time you choose and drops you at your terminal’s departures level. From central London, allow about an hour and a half for the drive in normal traffic, plus two hours before a short-haul flight or three before long-haul. Choosing “Return” when you book adds the trip back in the same payment, with a discount on the return leg.
Groups and families
A Standard Van takes 6 passengers and 4 suitcases, and a minibus up to 16 passengers. The price is per vehicle, so it is shared by the whole group. Child seats are free on request.
Late arrivals
Many holiday flights land at Gatwick late in the evening, when trains are less frequent. We run at any hour at the same fixed price.
