Gatwick Pickup Tips: Meeting Your Driver at the North and South Terminals
Gatwick’s two terminals are about a minute apart by shuttle train, but meeting your driver at the wrong one costs time. A few simple steps make the pickup smooth.
1. Know your terminal
Your airline decides whether you land at the North or South Terminal; it is on your booking. We check it from your flight number too.
2. Come through to arrivals
After passport control and baggage reclaim, walk out into the arrivals hall. Your driver is waiting there with a sign showing your name.
3. Do not worry about delays
We track your flight, so a delay or early arrival moves the pickup automatically. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.
4. Stay inside if in doubt
If you cannot see your driver, stay in the arrivals hall and call the number in your confirmation. Going outside to the forecourt makes it harder to find each other.
5. Walking to the car
Airport parking is included. The driver helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
Arrived at the wrong terminal?
The free shuttle train between North and South runs every few minutes. Call us, and the driver will meet you at the right terminal.
Departures
For flights from Gatwick, your driver drops you at the departures level of your terminal. From central London, leave about three and a half hours before a short-haul flight to allow for traffic and check-in.

Families and special assistance
If you are travelling with children, child seats are fitted free on request – add their ages in the booking notes. If you have booked special assistance with your airline, the airport team brings you to the arrivals hall, where the driver meets you.
Late at night
Gatwick has many late-evening arrivals. Your driver will be waiting whatever time you land; if your flight is diverted to another airport, call us and we will rearrange the pickup.
Prices from Gatwick
Meet and greet is included in every fare: Gatwick to London Bridge from about £101 in an Economy Sedan. See Gatwick fares.
