The journey

Good to know
This is the main transfer between London’s two largest airports, used by passengers with connecting flights on separate tickets. Allow plenty of time between flights: the M25 is unpredictable. Tell us both flight numbers in the notes.

At the first airport
Gatwick has two terminals, North and South, linked by a free shuttle train. We check which one your flight uses, and the driver waits in its arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. We track your arriving flight, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free. Meet and greet and airport parking are included. Then the driver takes you straight to Heathrow – tell us your onward flight number in the booking notes.
