Alanya Hotel Shuttle: A Private Transfer to Your Hotel
Very few Alanya hotels run their own airport shuttle, and those that do usually run to a fixed timetable. If your holiday does not include a transfer, a private car from Antalya Airport to your hotel is the most straightforward option.

Hotels in Alanya town
City hotels near Cleopatra Beach and the harbour are often on busy streets with limited stopping space. Your driver knows the town and will stop as close to your entrance as possible.
Check-in and check-out
Rooms are usually ready in the early afternoon. After a morning arrival, the hotel will normally store your luggage. On departure day, ask about late check-out and book your pickup about four hours before an international flight from Antalya.
A break on the way
Two hours is long enough that a short stop is welcome, especially with children or after an early-morning flight. Tell the driver at the start of the journey if you would like a break for the toilets or a drink; there are good places to stop along the D400 between Manavgat and Okurcalar.
Hotel to hotel
Two-centre holidays are popular: Alanya with Side (about 64 km) or Belek (about 104 km). Enter both hotels on the booking form for a fixed price.

Private or shared shuttle?
Alanya is at the far end of most shared shuttle routes from Antalya Airport. That makes the case for a private shuttle stronger here than almost anywhere else on the coast.
Shared shuttles on the Alanya route
A shared shuttle collects passengers from several flights and then follows the coast, stopping at hotels in Belek, Side, Okurcalar, Avsallar and Konaklı before reaching Alanya. Add the waiting time at the airport, and a two-hour journey can turn into three or four.
The private shuttle
A private shuttle is a Mercedes Vito for your booking only. The driver meets you in arrivals with your name and drives straight to your door. The fare is fixed at €75 per vehicle to Alanya, Mahmutlar, Konaklı, Avsallar, Okurcalar, İncekum or Türkler, for up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases.
When it is worth it

- For evening and night arrivals, when a long hotel loop means arriving at dawn.

A late-night example
Imagine a flight landing at Antalya at 23:30. With a shared shuttle that waits for other flights and then works its way along the coast, arriving in Mahmutlar at three or four in the morning is not unusual. With a private shuttle, you are through the terminal by around half past midnight and at your door by about half past two – with a break on the way if you want one.

Compared with a taxi

Arriving at your Alanya address
Many visitors to Alanya stay in apartments rather than hotels, especially in Mahmutlar and on the hills above the town. The luxury shuttle takes you to your building’s entrance; add the complex name, block number and any gate code in the booking notes so the driver can find it quickly at night.
Late arrivals
