Plan by flight
Send us names, flights, landing times, passengers per flight and destinations. We assign vehicles per flight:
- up to 6 passengers: one Mercedes Vito;
- 7–12 passengers: two Vitos or a minibus;
- larger groups: minibuses, quoted individually.
Several destinations
Wedding guests may stay in Fethiye, Ölüdeniz and Göcek at once; retreat guests in several pensions around Dalyan. Tell us who goes where, and we will plan sensible drop-offs.
Weddings and events
Transfers on the day – hotel to ceremony, ceremony to reception, late returns – can be planned together with the airport runs.
Sailing groups
For groups joining a gulet in Göcek, we take guests from Dalaman Airport directly to the marina, about 30 minutes away.
Retreats and small events
Yoga retreats and small group holidays around Dalyan and Köyceğiz often use several small venues. Give us each guest’s accommodation and the retreat’s start time; we will plan transfers so everyone arrives in time for the first session.
Departures
For departures, we plan pickups by flight time and distance; from Göcek or Dalyan, about two hours before an international flight is usually enough.
Signs and meeting
Drivers wait in arrivals with the event, group or guest name. Each flight is tracked, with 60 minutes of free waiting.

Dalaman Airport serves a region of large villas, gulet charters and group holidays. Getting a group from the terminal to a villa in Kayaköy or a boat in Göcek needs the right vehicles.
Which vehicles?
- Up to 6 people: one Mercedes Vito.
- 7–12 people: two Vitos, or a minibus on request.
- Larger groups or lots of luggage: minibuses, quoted individually.

Villa parties
Large villas around Fethiye, Göcek and Dalyan often sleep ten or more. Give us the villa name, the village and the key holder’s phone, and tell us if guests arrive on different flights.
Gulet and yacht groups
Whole-boat charters from Göcek usually start in the afternoon. Book the transfer to the marina for your embarkation time, with the boat’s name in the notes.

Large villas and luggage
Groups of ten or twelve often bring more than one suitcase each, plus children’s equipment. Count every large item when you ask for a quote; the Vito takes 6 large items, and an extra vehicle avoids a cramped journey.

Friends and family often fly from different cities. Two Vitos can each meet their own flight, so nobody waits hours at the airport for the last arrival.

Travelling with children
Dalaman is one of the most family-friendly airports in Türkiye: most resorts are under an hour away, and the beaches of Sarıgerme, Çalış and Ölüdeniz are ideal for children. A private minivan makes the transfer as easy as the holiday.
Room for the family
The Mercedes Vito has six individual seats and room for 6 large suitcases, plus hand luggage and usually a folded buggy. Sliding doors make it easy to get children in and out.

Child seats and booster seats are free. Give the number and ages in the booking notes; for babies, the exact age. You can also bring your own seat.

At the airport
We follow your flight. The driver waits in arrivals with your name and helps with the trolley. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.
Choosing a family base
Sarıgerme has one of the best sandy beaches near Dalaman and is only 25 minutes from the airport. Dalyan suits families who like boat trips and nature. Çalış beach in Fethiye has a long promenade and shallow water; Ölüdeniz’s lagoon is calm and sheltered.
Family outings
