Fethiye Airport Transfer Booking: How to Book Online
Booking a private transfer to Fethiye takes about five minutes. This guide walks through each step of the booking form, with tips for villas and for choosing your airport.
1. Airport and route
On the search form, enter your arrival airport – Dalaman Airport or Antalya Airport – as pickup and your accommodation as destination, selecting both from the suggestions. For villas, choose the village and add the details in the notes.
Choose Return to book the trip back too: enter the date and time you want to be collected. Both journeys are paid together, with a discount on the return leg.
2. Date and time
Enter the date and scheduled landing time of your flight.
3. Vehicle and price
From Antalya Airport, the fare to Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, Hisarönü and Göcek is €160 for a Mercedes Vito (6 passengers, 6 large suitcases). From Dalaman Airport, Fethiye town is €45 per vehicle; Ölüdeniz, Hisarönü and Göcek are priced by distance and shown on the booking form before you pay.
4. Details
- Name: shown on the driver’s sign.
- Email and phone: for the confirmation and the day of travel.
- Passengers and suitcases: checked against the vehicle.
- Flight number: for tracking.
- Notes: villa name, manager’s phone, map pin, child seats (free).
5. Payment
Pay by card through Stripe. The amount on the button is final. You receive the confirmation email immediately.
On the day
Your driver waits in arrivals with your name; the first 60 minutes after landing are free.
Holiday companies and villa agencies
If your villa or hotel was booked through an agency, check whether a transfer is already included before you book. If it is not, copy the accommodation details from the agency’s confirmation into our booking notes – especially the villa’s name, the village and the key holder’s phone number.
Changes and cancellations
Ask for changes at least 48 hours before the pickup. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup; later cancellations are not refundable; see the cancellation policy.

- Fly into Dalaman if you can – it is less than an hour from Fethiye.
- For departures from Dalaman, leave Fethiye about two and a half hours before an international flight.
- Copy the villa details from your villa company’s confirmation into the notes.
