Kaş Hotel Shuttle: Private Transfers to Your Hotel
Hotels in Kaş rarely run their own airport shuttles – the airports are simply too far away. Most guests arrive by bus, rental car or private transfer. This page explains the private option for hotel guests.
What we provide
A private Mercedes Vito from the arrivals hall at Antalya or Dalaman Airport to your hotel’s entrance in Kaş. From Antalya, the fixed fare is €120 per vehicle for up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases.
Compared with the alternatives
- Bus: airport to bus station, then a long coach journey to Kaş.
- Rental car: three hours of winding coast road after a flight, then parking in Kaş.
- Private transfer: direct, flight-tracked, 60 minutes free waiting and a planned break.
Timing with your hotel
Hotels usually give rooms from early afternoon. If you arrive late in the evening, check that reception will be open. On departure day, check-out is usually around midday; for an evening flight from Antalya, you will need to leave Kaş in the early afternoon anyway.
At the hotel
Many Kaş hotels are on steep, narrow streets. The driver stops as close to the door as possible and unloads your bags. Ask your hotel whether someone can help carry luggage if the entrance is up steps.
Late check-in
With a three-hour drive from Antalya, an evening flight means a late arrival in Kaş. Tell your hotel your expected time – about three hours after landing – and ask whether the night porter or the owner will let you in. Give us a contact number for the hotel so the driver can call ahead.
Hotel to hotel
Combining Kaş with another destination? Kalkan is about 27 km away, Fethiye about 105 km and Kemer about 143 km. Enter both hotels on the booking form for a fixed price.
More about the route is on Kaş airport transfer; for boutique hotels and resorts, see Kaş resort transfers.
Private or shared shuttle?
Getting to Kaş without a car usually means a bus: first from the airport to the city bus station, then a long intercity journey along the coast. A private shuttle replaces all of that with one direct drive from the arrivals hall to your accommodation.
The bus and shared options
Intercity buses run between Antalya’s bus station and Kaş, and there are some seasonal shared shuttles. They are cheap, but the journey takes much longer than by car, involves a change, and is hard work with heavy luggage – especially after an evening flight.
The private shuttle
A private shuttle is a Mercedes Vito reserved for your booking. The driver meets you in arrivals with your name and drives directly to your hotel, pension or villa. From Antalya Airport, the fare is €120 per vehicle for up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases. From Dalaman Airport, the price is calculated by distance.
When private makes the most sense
- For 3–6 people, the price per person is reasonable for a three-hour journey.
- For evening arrivals, when buses no longer run conveniently.
- With children, divers’ equipment or a lot of luggage.
- When your flight is delayed – we follow it, with 60 minutes free after landing.
When the bus is fine
A solo traveller with a backpack, landing in the morning, can reach Kaş cheaply by bus and enjoy the coastal scenery on the way.
The journey
From Antalya, about three hours along the coast via Kemer and Demre; from Dalaman, about two hours twenty via Fethiye and Kalkan. A short break is normal.
A private Mercedes Vito instead of the coach
The journey to Kaş is long – about three hours from Antalya, two hours twenty from Dalaman – so the vehicle matters. Our luxury shuttle is a private Mercedes Vito reserved for your party, with a driver waiting for you in arrivals.
Comfort for a long drive
Six individual seats with legroom, air conditioning for every row and a luggage area for 6 large suitcases. On the winding coast road, a stable, roomy van is far more comfortable than a coach seat or the back of a saloon.
What is included
- A vehicle for your party only.
- Your driver waiting in arrivals with your name.
- Flight tracking and 60 minutes of free waiting.
- Breaks on the way, as you wish.
- Child seats free on request.
Fare
€120 per vehicle from Antalya Airport to Kaş or Kalkan. From Dalaman Airport, the fare is calculated by distance and shown on the booking form before you pay. No night supplement.
The route
From Antalya the road goes west past Kemer and through the mountains to Kumluca, Finike and Demre, then follows the cliffs past Kaleköy to Kaş – one of the most scenic drives in Türkiye. From Dalaman it runs through Fethiye and inland past Kınık, then down the coast past Kalkan and the Kaputaş beach. Drivers plan a break on the longer route.
Compared with the bus
Getting to Kaş by public transport means a bus from the airport to Antalya’s bus station and a long coach journey from there – with luggage, after a flight. The luxury shuttle goes from the terminal to your door.
Arriving at your accommodation
Kaş’s old town lanes are narrow and many villas are on steep roads. The driver goes as close as possible; tell your host your arrival time so someone can help with the bags if needed.
