Kaş Group Transfer: Retreats, Clubs and Events on the Lycian Coast
Kaş hosts yoga and wellness retreats, dive club trips, small weddings and walking holidays on the Lycian Way. Groups are often spread over several pensions and villas, and guests may arrive at two different airports. This page helps organisers plan the transfers.

Send names, arrival airport, flight number, landing time, passengers per flight and accommodation. We plan vehicles per flight:
- up to 6 passengers from Antalya Airport: one Mercedes Vito, €120 to Kaş;
- 7–12 passengers: two Vitos (€240) or a minibus;

- arrivals at Dalaman: priced by distance.
Two airports, one plan
Antalya is about three hours from Kaş, Dalaman about two hours twenty. If guests arrive at both, we plan separate vehicles from each airport and time them so that everyone reaches Kaş at a reasonable hour.
Several addresses
Retreats and weddings in Kaş often use a main venue plus nearby pensions and villas, some on the Çukurbağ peninsula. Tell us who stays where; drivers know which addresses a van can reach and where luggage needs to be carried the last stretch.
Signs and meeting point
Drivers wait in arrivals with the group, retreat or guest name on the sign. Each flight is tracked, with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
Late arrivals at small venues
Retreat centres and pensions in Kaş often have small teams and no night reception. If guests arrive after an evening flight to Antalya, they will reach Kaş around midnight or later. Agree a key handover with each venue, and give us a contact number we can share with the drivers.
During the stay
Group programmes often include a boat day to Kekova, a visit to Kalkan or Patara beach, or a trailhead drop-off for walkers. These can be included in the same quote.

Group sizes and vehicles
Kaş draws groups that travel with more than suitcases: dive clubs with equipment, walking groups on the Lycian Way, yoga retreats, extended families. Getting them from the airport to Kaş in one go needs the right vehicles.
Which vehicles?

Dive groups and equipment
Kaş is one of Türkiye’s leading diving destinations. Divers usually bring their own regulators, computers and sometimes full kit. Count bags carefully: the Vito takes 6 large items in total. For a dive group of six with kit bags and suitcases, two vehicles or a minibus are usually needed.
Walking groups
The Lycian Way passes through Kaş, and walking groups often need a transfer to a trailhead rather than a hotel. Give us the start point and time, and we will include it in the plan.
Boat trips and Kekova
Groups staying in Kaş often take boat trips to Kekova and its sunken city, some of which leave from Üçağız, about 40 minutes east of Kaş. If your group’s programme includes trips that start outside town, we can include the transfers in the quote.

Travelling with children
Three hours in a car with children is perfectly manageable – with space, a planned break and a known price. A private minivan from Antalya or Dalaman Airport to Kaş gives you all three.
Space for the family
The Mercedes Vito has six individual seats and room for 6 large suitcases, plus hand luggage and usually a folded buggy. Sliding doors make getting children in and out easy.
Free child seats
Child seats and boosters are free. Give the number and ages in the booking notes; for babies, the exact age. You are welcome to bring your own seat.
One price for everyone
From Antalya Airport to Kaş or Kalkan, the fare is €120 for the vehicle, whatever the size of your family up to six.
Planning the journey
- Agree one or two short breaks with the driver at the start.
- Seat anyone prone to car sickness in the front row; the coast road is winding.
- Keep water, snacks and a change of clothes in hand luggage.
- Consider Dalaman Airport if your airline flies there – it is about 50 minutes closer.
At the airport
We follow your flight. The driver waits in arrivals with your name and helps with the trolley. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.
With children in Kaş
Kaş is a relaxed place for families: small pebble beaches and swimming platforms, boat trips to Kekova, and Kaputaş beach between Kaş and Kalkan. For trips further away, see transfers from Kaş.
Arriving late with children
If your flight lands in the evening, you will reach Kaş late at night. Small hotels and villas may not have staff on duty; agree the key handover with your host in advance and give the driver their number. Many children sleep through most of the drive on an evening arrival.
