Göcek Group Transfer: Sailing Crews, Families and Wedding Guests
Göcek attracts groups more than most small villages: gulet and yacht charters for 8–12 people, extended families renting villas, and wedding parties on the bay. Getting everyone and their luggage from Dalaman Airport to the right place is the first job of the holiday.
Up to 6 people: one Vito
A Mercedes Vito takes up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases. From Dalaman Airport to Göcek, the fare is €35 per vehicle. From Antalya Airport, it is €160.
7 to 12 people: two vehicles
A gulet crew of 10 or 12 usually travels in two Vitos – €70 from Dalaman to Göcek. The vehicles travel together and arrive at the same time, which also makes it easy if part of the group is going to a different hotel first.
Larger groups: a minibus quote
For bigger groups, wedding guests or teams, we provide a minibus on request. Email the group size, flight details and destinations to [email protected] and we will send a quote.
Luggage on sailing holidays
Charter companies usually ask guests to bring soft bags, which fit better in cabins. Soft bags also make loading easier – a group of six with soft bags and a few extras typically fits in one Vito. Tell us about bulky items such as diving equipment when you book.
Groups arriving on different flights
When members of a group arrive on different flights, book a separate transfer for each arrival. Each one is tracked and met individually.
Charter changeover day
Yacht and gulet charters often start and end on a Saturday, when the marinas are busy and many groups travel at the same time. Book early for changeover days and give us the boat name and marina, so the driver takes the group to the right pontoon.
Booking
Book each vehicle on the booking form with the lead passenger’s name and phone, or email us the full group details.
Weddings and celebrations
For weddings, send us the programme: arrivals, transfers between hotels and the venue, and departures. We will plan the vehicles and times with you.

Travelling with children
For families, groups of friends and sailing crews, a saloon car is rarely big enough. Our private minivan to Göcek is a Mercedes Vito with six individual passenger seats and a luggage area for 6 large suitcases – and it is reserved for your party only.

€35 per vehicle from Dalaman Airport to Göcek – not per person. Shared by six, that is a small amount each for a private, door-to-door journey. From Antalya Airport, the fixed fare is €160 for the vehicle.
What is included
Flight tracking, 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, a driver waiting in arrivals with your name, child seats on request at no charge, and drop-off at your hotel, villa or marina.
Luggage tips
Six large suitcases is the practical limit. Sailing guests are often asked to bring soft bags, which pack more easily. If you have more luggage, or more than six passengers, book a second vehicle or ask us for a minibus quote.
Seven or more?

Joining a boat
Sailing crews often arrive together on a Saturday. Give us the marina and the boat’s name, and the driver takes the whole crew and its bags as close to the pontoon as vehicle access allows.
The drive
Göcek is about 20 km from Dalaman Airport along the D400, roughly 30 minutes. The village lies just below the main road, around a sheltered bay with several marinas.
