Side Executive Chauffeur for Business Guests and Conferences

Side’s large resorts host conferences, training events and incentive trips, especially outside the peak beach season. Business guests need transfers that run to time and a car where they can work or rest. Our executive chauffeur service is designed for that.

Arrivals

We track every guest’s flight. The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall at Antalya Airport with the guest’s name or the company name on a sign. The first 60 minutes after landing are free. The drive to Side takes about an hour and costs €65 for the vehicle.

The car

A Mercedes Vito with individual seats, air conditioning and space for 6 large items – suitable for one executive with luggage or a small team with presentation equipment.

Booking for others

Assistants and travel managers can book for guests. Please provide:

• the guest’s name for the sign and a mobile number,
• flight number and scheduled arrival time,
• hotel or venue name.

Conference timing

• Allow at least two hours between landing and the start of a session: passport control, baggage and an hour’s drive.
• On departure day, leave Side about three hours before an international flight.
• Summer Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest days at Antalya Airport.

Meetings elsewhere

For meetings in Antalya city (about 74 km) or Alanya (about 64 km), book fixed-price transfers on the booking form. Larger delegations should read Side group transfers.

Off-season events

Side’s resorts are especially popular for conferences in spring, autumn and winter, when hotels have capacity and the weather is mild. Flights to Antalya are fewer in winter, so guests often arrive in waves on the same few flights – a good reason to send us the full arrivals list early so we can plan enough vehicles. Payment

Bookings are paid online by card and confirmed by email with a reference number. For an invoice, ask at [email protected] quoting the reference. Airlinel is operated by Londonos Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
