Alanya Group Transfer: Events, Clubs and Multi-Flight Groups
Group travel to Alanya has an extra dimension: two possible airports. Guests may arrive at Antalya, two hours away, or at Gazipaşa–Alanya, 45 minutes away. This page helps organisers plan transfers for weddings, sports clubs, conferences and reunions.
Start with the arrivals list
Send names, airport, flight number, landing time, number of passengers and hotel for each flight. We assign vehicles per flight:
- up to 6 passengers from Antalya Airport: one Mercedes Vito, €75 to Alanya;
- 7–12 passengers: two Vitos (€150) or a minibus;
- larger groups: minibuses, quoted individually;
- arrivals at Gazipaşa: priced by distance.
Several hotels
Alanya’s hotels are spread over 40 km of coast, from Okurcalar to Mahmutlar. All have the same €75 fare from Antalya Airport. Tell us who stays where, and we will plan the drops so nobody does an unnecessary tour of the coast.
Signs and meeting
Drivers wait in arrivals with the event, club or guest name on the sign. Each flight is tracked, with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
Weddings in Alanya
Alanya’s harbour, castle views and beach hotels make it a popular wedding destination for couples from abroad. Wedding programmes usually involve guests arriving over several days, transfers between hotels and the venue, and late-night returns. Send us the programme and we will plan the vehicles, including departures to both airports.
During the event
Group programmes often include an evening at the harbour, a boat trip around the peninsula, or an excursion to the Dim river valley. We can plan vehicles for each part of the programme.

Group sizes and vehicles
Groups travelling to Alanya – friends’ holidays, sports clubs, extended families, wedding parties – have a two-hour drive from Antalya Airport ahead of them. With the right vehicle plan, that drive is part of the holiday rather than an ordeal.
Choosing the vehicles
- Up to 6 people: one Mercedes Vito, €75 from Antalya Airport.
- 7–12 people: two Vitos (€150) or a minibus on request.
- Larger groups or lots of equipment: minibuses, quoted individually.
Two Vitos also let you split the group by flight – useful when people arrive at different times or at different airports (Antalya and Gazipaşa).
Getting a minibus quote
Choose a minibus in the booking results and press “Get a Custom Quote”, or email [email protected] with the number of passengers, suitcases and bulky items (bikes, diving gear, sports bags), the flight details and the hotel or address.
Why private on this route
A package coach from Antalya to Alanya often serves resorts along the whole coast – Side, Okurcalar, Avsallar – on the way. A private group transfer goes direct, which can save an hour or more on a journey that is already two hours long.

Winter and long-stay groups
Alanya is busy outside summer too. Its mild winters attract long-stay visitors and organised groups from northern Europe, and sports teams use the region for training camps. Transfers run all year, and the fixed fares apply in every season.
During the stay
Group outings from Alanya: the Dim river valley in the mountains, the Dim cave, a day in Side (about 64 km) or the Manavgat waterfall (about 62 km). These can be added to your quote.

Travelling with children
Two hours in a car with children needs a little planning. A private minivan from Antalya Airport to Alanya gives the family space, a known price, child seats and the freedom to stop when someone needs to.
Room for everyone
The Mercedes Vito has six individual passenger seats and room for 6 large suitcases, plus hand luggage and usually a folded buggy. Sliding doors make getting children in and out easy, even in a busy airport pick-up area.
Free child seats
Child seats and booster seats cost nothing extra. Give the number and the children’s ages in the booking notes; for babies, mention the exact age. You are welcome to bring your own seat if you prefer.
A price for the whole family
The fare to Alanya is €75 for the vehicle, the same for two people or six. Mahmutlar, Konaklı, Avsallar and Okurcalar have the same fare.
Planning the two hours
- Agree a short break with the driver at the start – halfway is a natural point.
- Keep water, snacks and a change of clothes in your hand luggage.
- Evening flights work well: many children sleep most of the way.
- If your airline flies to Gazipaşa–Alanya Airport, the transfer is only about 45 minutes.
Where families stay
Families often choose the large resorts along the coast at Okurcalar, Avsallar, İncekum and Konaklı, with water parks and kids’ clubs, or apartments in Mahmutlar and Alanya for longer stays. All are €75 per vehicle from Antalya Airport. If you are renting an apartment, add the complex name, block and a contact phone to the booking notes.
At the airport
We follow your flight. The driver waits in arrivals with your name and helps with the trolley. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.
With children in Alanya
