Antalya Hotel Shuttle: Private Transfers to Any Hotel on the Coast
Few hotels in the Antalya region run their own airport shuttles; most guests arrive by package coach, taxi or private transfer. If you would rather not wait for other passengers or negotiate a taxi fare, a private hotel transfer is the simple solution.
What we provide
A private Mercedes Vito from the arrivals hall at Antalya Airport to your hotel’s entrance, for up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases, at a fixed price per vehicle: €35 to city hotels, Lara and Konyaaltı; €45 to Belek; €50 to Kemer; €65 to Side; €75 to Alanya.
Compared with the alternatives
- Package coach: often included, but with waiting and stops at other hotels.
- Hotel-arranged car: compare the price with our fixed fare.
- Taxi: metered, usually a saloon for up to four people.
- Private transfer: fixed price, flight-tracked, 60 minutes free waiting, driver with your name.
Check-in and check-out
Hotels in the region usually hand over rooms in the early afternoon and expect guests out around midday. After a morning arrival, go straight to the hotel – your luggage will be stored. On departure day, ask about late check-out and book your pickup with enough time for the distance to the airport.
City hotels and Kaleiçi
For hotels in Kaleiçi, Antalya’s old town, the narrow lanes are largely closed to traffic. Your driver stops as close as vehicle access allows; many boutique hotels send someone to help with luggage if you let them know your arrival time.
Late arrivals
If your flight lands late at night, let your hotel know you will arrive after midnight. Large resorts have 24-hour reception; small city hotels sometimes need notice. Your driver is waiting whatever the hour, and the fare does not change.

Private or shared shuttle?
Shared shuttles are the default airport transfer on many package holidays. They are economical, but they work to a timetable: wait for other flights, then drive a loop of hotels. A private shuttle leaves when you are ready and goes only to your door. Which is right for you depends on your destination and your group.
How shared shuttles work
Passengers from several flights are combined into one coach or minibus, which then stops at each hotel in turn. On short routes the loss of time is moderate; on long routes, such as Side, Alanya or the Kemer coast as far as Tekirova, the last passengers can spend twice as long on the road as the drive itself takes.
How a private shuttle works
A Mercedes Vito is reserved for your booking. The driver meets you in arrivals with your name, and you go straight to your accommodation. Fixed fares per vehicle include €35 to Lara or the city, €45 to Belek, €50 to Kemer, €65 to Side and €75 to Alanya.
When private is worth it
- Groups of 3–6: the per-person price becomes close to shared fares.
- Long routes: the time saved grows with the distance.
- Night arrivals: no late-night hotel loop.
- Delays: we follow your flight, with 60 minutes free after landing.
- Children and luggage: free child seats and room for 6 large cases.
A Side example
Side is about an hour from Antalya Airport. A shared shuttle that waits for two more flights and then stops in Belek, Kadriye and several Side resorts can easily take two and a half hours from landing to check-in. A private Vito takes the direct route and leaves as soon as you have your luggage – usually under two hours from landing to check-in, including passport control.
When shared is fine
A solo traveller with light luggage, staying close to the airport and arriving in the daytime, can save money with a shared shuttle.
A private Mercedes Vito instead of the coach
A luxury shuttle, as we define it, is not a stretch limousine. It is a comfortable private vehicle that collects only your party, waits if your flight is late and drives you directly to your hotel. In the Antalya region, that vehicle is the Mercedes Vito.
Why a Vito?
The Mercedes Vito is a premium people carrier with six individual passenger seats, strong air conditioning for the summer heat and space for 6 large suitcases. Sliding doors make it easy for children and older passengers. On the coast road and in the city, it is far more comfortable than a coach and roomier than a saloon taxi.
What is included
- A vehicle for your party only.
- Your driver waiting in arrivals with your name.
- Flight tracking and 60 minutes of free waiting.
- Direct drive to your hotel – no stops for other passengers.
- Child seats free on request.
Late-night arrivals
Many summer flights land after midnight. At that hour shared transfers may have left and taxi queues can be long. A private Vito is waiting regardless of the time, at the same fixed fare.
Families and small groups
For a family of five or six, one luxury shuttle replaces two taxis: one fixed price, everyone together, all the luggage in one boot. Child seats are free on request, and the sliding doors make getting in and out easy with small children.
Compared with a taxi
On short city routes, a taxi may cost about the same for one or two people; on longer routes and for families, the fixed per-vehicle price of the Vito is usually better value – and the driver is waiting inside the terminal.
