Meeting your driver
Heathrow has four passenger terminals – 2, 3, 4 and 5. We read your terminal from the flight number, and the driver waits in the arrivals hall of that terminal with a sign showing your name. We track your flight, so the pickup moves with any delay, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free. Meet and greet in the terminal and airport parking are included in the price. Child seats are free on request.
Going the other way
For the journey from Manchester Airport back to Heathrow, the driver collects you from your door at the time you choose. Choosing “Return” on the booking form books both journeys in one payment, with a discount on the return leg.
