Heathrow Terminal Pickup Guide: Meeting Your Driver at T2, T3, T4 and T5
Heathrow has four passenger terminals, and knowing which one you arrive at makes the pickup quick. Here is how meeting your driver works at each.
Which terminal?
Your terminal depends on the airline. It is printed on your booking and shown on the arrivals boards. We also read it from your flight number, so you do not need to tell us – but if your airline changes terminal, let us know.
Terminal 2 and Terminal 3
Terminals 2 and 3 are in the central area of the airport. After customs, you come out into the arrivals hall, where your driver waits with a sign showing your name.
Terminal 4
Terminal 4 is on the southern side of the airport. Arrivals come out into a single hall; your driver waits there with your name sign.
Terminal 5
Terminal 5, used mainly by British Airways, is on the western side. The arrivals hall is large and busy – look for your name among the drivers waiting at the exit from customs.
Timing
We track your flight and the driver adjusts to the actual landing time. The first 60 minutes after landing are free, which usually covers passport control and baggage reclaim. If you are held up – a long immigration queue, lost luggage – call the number in your confirmation.
Parking and walking to the car
Airport parking is included in the price. The driver helps with your luggage and walks you to the car in the short-stay car park.
If you cannot find your driver
- Check your phone – the office may have sent a message.
- Stay in the arrivals hall rather than going outside.
- Call the number in your confirmation email.

Connecting at Heathrow
If you are continuing to another airport – for example Gatwick or Stansted on a separate ticket – book a transfer from your arrival terminal and add both flight numbers in the notes. See Heathrow to Gatwick.
Special assistance
If you have booked assistance with your airline, the airport team will bring you to the arrivals hall, where your driver will meet you. Tell us in the booking notes so the driver knows to expect it.
Prices from Heathrow
Meet and greet is included in every fare: Heathrow to Oxford Circus from about £47 in an Economy Sedan, or about £80 in a Standard Van for 6. See Heathrow fares.
