Lara Beach Airport Transfer: Antalya Airport to Lara and Kundu in 20 Minutes
Lara Beach is the closest beach resort area to Antalya Airport. The long sandy beach and the big hotels of Lara and Kundu are only about 12–18 km from the terminals, so your holiday can start less than half an hour after you collect your bags. A private transfer is the quickest and simplest way to cover that short distance.
The route
From the airport, your driver heads south towards the coast, passing the eastern edge of Antalya city. Lara Beach is about 12 km away, and the hotels of Kundu, further east along the same beach, about 15–18 km. The journey usually takes 15–25 minutes, depending on your hotel and the traffic on the coastal boulevard.
Price
The fare from Antalya Airport to Lara and Kundu is €35 per vehicle, our minimum fare. It covers a private Mercedes Vito for up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases, airport fees and 60 minutes of free waiting after landing. For a family of four the price per person is lower than most shared shuttle seats.
Meeting your driver
Enter your flight number when you book. We follow the flight and adjust to the actual landing time. After passport control and baggage reclaim, your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, takes the trolley and walks with you to the car. Child seats are free if you request them.
Why book a transfer for such a short trip?
- A fixed price agreed in advance – no meter, no cash needed.
- Room for 6 people and 6 suitcases in one vehicle.
- No queue at the taxi rank, even when several flights land together.
- Free child seats, which taxis rarely carry.
The way back
Because Lara is so close, you can leave your hotel later than guests in Kemer or Side. For an international flight, about two hours and a quarter before departure is usually enough; allow more on summer weekends, when check-in queues at Antalya are long.
Booking
Search from “Antalya Airport” to your Lara or Kundu hotel on the booking form. Choosing “Return” books both journeys together with a discount on the return leg. For a comparison with the taxi rank, see Lara Beach taxi service; for resort-specific advice, see Lara Beach resort transfers.

Villas, apartments and door-to-door pickups
Lara is both a resort area and a residential district of Antalya. Alongside the big beach hotels of Lara and Kundu there are apartment blocks, rental flats and family homes. A door-to-door transfer takes you from the arrivals hall to the entrance of whichever address you are going to.
Areas and fare
From Antalya Airport the fare is €35 per vehicle to:
- the hotels along Lara Beach,
- the hotels of Kundu, further east,
- apartments and homes in the Lara and Güzeloba neighbourhoods,
- other addresses in eastern Antalya close to the airport.
The vehicle is a Mercedes Vito for up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases. For addresses further into the city, enter the exact location to see the price.
Apartments and residential sites
Residential complexes in Lara often have several blocks behind a gate. Please add in the booking notes:
- the site name and block number,
- a contact phone number of the owner, host or family member,
- gate codes or instructions for late arrivals.
The journey
Your driver meets you in arrivals with a name sign, loads your luggage and drives the 12–18 km to your address in about 15–25 minutes. At the door, the bags are unloaded. For the return trip, the pickup is at the same entrance.
Night arrivals at private addresses
Many flights land at Antalya late in the evening or after midnight. Residential streets in Lara can look alike in the dark, and site security may not know you are coming. Tell your host your arrival time, and give the driver a phone number that will be answered – that way the gate is open when you arrive.
Visiting family in Antalya
If you are booking for relatives who are coming to stay with you in Lara, use their names for the sign and your phone number in the notes, so the driver can call you if needed.
Planning your arrival and departure
Lara is one of the most convenient holiday destinations on the Turkish Riviera: close to the airport, close to the city, with a long beach. This guide covers the transfers you need from landing to flying home.

- Book once your flights are confirmed, especially for July and August weekends.
- Book both directions together. Choose “Return” on the search form; you pay once and the return leg is discounted.
- Add your flight number for tracking.
- Mention children’s ages – child seats are free.
Arrival
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign. The first 60 minutes after landing are free. The drive to Lara or Kundu takes 15–25 minutes and costs €35 per vehicle for up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases.

Shopping and city life
Unlike more isolated resorts, Lara is part of Antalya. Shopping centres such as TerraCity are nearby, and the city’s restaurants and nightlife are within easy reach. Short trips are easily done by local taxi; for the old town in the evening, a pre-booked return saves waiting for a taxi late at night.
The Lower Düden waterfall
One of Lara’s own sights is the Lower Düden waterfall, where the Düden river drops straight off the cliffs into the sea. It is on the coast road between Lara and the city centre, a short taxi ride from most hotels, and best seen in the late afternoon. Boat trips from Antalya’s old harbour also pass beneath it.
Departure
Leave Lara about two and a quarter hours before an international flight; on summer weekends, two and a half. Your driver collects you at your hotel’s entrance.
Changes
Send changes at least 48 hours before the pickup. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup; later cancellations are not refundable; see the cancellation policy.
All-inclusive resorts
Lara’s resorts line one of the longest sandy beaches near Antalya, from the edge of the city eastwards into Kundu, where some of the region’s biggest all-inclusive hotels stand side by side. All of them are within about 20 minutes of Antalya Airport.
Resort areas
- Lara – resorts and city hotels near the coastal boulevard, closest to Antalya’s centre.
- Kundu – further east along the same beach, with very large resorts, many of them themed.
From Antalya Airport, the fixed fare to both is €35 per vehicle, for up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases.
Arriving at your resort
The large resorts in Kundu have long driveways and security gates; your driver knows the procedure and stops at the main reception. During check-in, your luggage is unloaded. If your room is not ready, the resort will normally store your bags and let you use the facilities.
Check-out day
Check-out is usually around midday. If your flight is in the evening, ask about late check-out or a day room. Because the airport is so close, a pickup about two and a quarter hours before an international departure is normally enough.
Leaving the resort
Lara is a good base for exploring Antalya. The old town, Kaleiçi, is about 18 km away; the Lower Düden waterfall is on the cliffs between Lara and the city; the Land of Legends theme park in Belek is about 22 km east. See transfers from Lara for fixed-price outings.
The resort coach alternative
Package holidays often include a coach transfer. On such a short route it can still take a long time, because the coach waits for several flights and stops at several resorts. A private transfer leaves when you are ready and goes only to your resort.
