Our Vehicles for London Airport Transfers: Which One Should You Book?

Choosing the right vehicle is the easiest way to make your transfer comfortable – and to avoid paying for two cars when one would do. Here is our fleet, with passenger and luggage limits.

Economy Sedan

Up to 4 passengers and 3 suitcases. Our most affordable option, ideal for couples and small families with normal luggage. Heathrow to Oxford Circus from about £47.

First Class Sedan

Up to 4 passengers and 3 suitcases, with a higher level of comfort – popular with business travellers. Heathrow to Oxford Circus about £66.

Standard Van

Up to 6 passengers and 4 suitcases. A practical choice for families and groups of friends. Heathrow to Oxford Circus about £80.

First Class Van

Up to 6 passengers and 5 suitcases, with individual seats and more luggage space. Heathrow to Oxford Circus about £127.

Standard and First Class Minibus

Up to 16 passengers and 10 suitcases, for teams, wedding guests and large families. Heathrow to Oxford Circus from about £141 (Standard) or £188 (First Class).

How to choose

• Count suitcases, not just people: three large cases fill a sedan’s boot.
• Pushchairs, golf bags and skis count as large items.
• Five or six passengers need a van.
• Seven to sixteen passengers fit a minibus; more than that, book two vehicles.

Child seats

Child seats can be fitted in every vehicle, free on request. Add the children’s ages in the booking notes.

Prices

Example: a family of five

Five people with five suitcases will not fit a sedan. A Standard Van takes 6 passengers but 4 suitcases, so with five large cases a First Class Van (5 suitcases) is the better choice. If in doubt, choose the bigger vehicle or mention your luggage in the booking notes.

Example: a business trip

A single executive with a carry-on and a suit bag fits comfortably in an Economy or First Class Sedan. Two or three colleagues with cabin bags also fit in a sedan.
