The event day
Transfers from hotels to the ceremony and reception, and late returns after the party, can be planned together with airport runs. Some venues on the north coast are reached by narrow roads; tell us the venue early.
Signs and meeting
Drivers wait in arrivals with the couple’s names, the event name or the guest name. Each flight is tracked, with 60 minutes of free waiting.
Venues around the peninsula
Popular settings include beach clubs on the north coast, hotel gardens in Bodrum and Gümbet, and villas with sea views in Yalıkavak and Gündoğan. For hillside venues reached by narrow roads, we may suggest smaller vehicles or a shuttle plan; tell us the venue early.
Departures
We plan pickups by flight time and distance – about two and a half to three hours before an international flight.

Villa groups
Large villas in Yalıkavak, Gündoğan or Bitez often sleep ten or more. Give the villa site, number, gate details and key holder’s phone, and tell us if guests arrive on different flights.
Celebrations
Bodrum is popular for hen and stag weekends, birthdays and group celebrations. For an arrival with a surprise element, or for evening transfers between venues, write the plan in the booking notes or the quote request.

Friends often arrive from different cities. Two Vitos can each meet their own flight, so nobody waits hours at the airport for the others.

Travelling with children
Bodrum is not only about nightlife – Bitez, Turgutreis, Ortakent and Akyarlar are relaxed, family-friendly resorts with sandy beaches and shallow water. A private minivan from the airport gets the family there without fuss.
Room for the family
The Mercedes Vito has six individual seats and room for 6 large suitcases, plus hand luggage and usually a folded buggy. Sliding doors make it easy to get children in and out.

At the airport
We follow your flight. The driver waits in arrivals with your name and helps with the trolley. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.
Family beaches
Bitez has a calm, shallow bay; Turgutreis has long beaches and sunset views; Ortakent’s sandy beach is popular with families. Gümbet is livelier, with water sports.
Arriving late with children
If your flight lands late, keep a small bag with pyjamas, snacks and toiletries in your hand luggage. The transfer to most family resorts takes under an hour, and many children sleep on the way.
Villas with pools
Many families rent a villa with a private pool. Tell us the villa site, number and the key holder’s phone, and the driver will bring you to the door.
