Airport Transfers for Large Groups in London: Vans and Minibuses
Moving a group through a London airport takes planning: everyone needs to arrive together, with their luggage, at the same place. A van or minibus is usually the simplest and cheapest way to do it.
Vehicles for groups
- Standard Van: up to 6 passengers and 4 suitcases.
- First Class Van: up to 6 passengers and 5 suitcases.
- Standard Minibus: up to 16 passengers and 10 suitcases.
- First Class Minibus: up to 16 passengers and 10 suitcases, with a higher level of comfort.

Heathrow to Oxford Circus: Standard Van about £87, Standard Minibus from about £141, First Class Minibus about £188. Gatwick to Oxford Circus: Standard Minibus from about £329. Divided across a group, that is often less per person than the train.
Groups on different flights
Book one transfer per arriving flight. Each is tracked separately, and drivers meet each part of the group in arrivals.
Luggage
Ten suitcases is the limit for a minibus. Sports teams, bands and tour groups with equipment should list it in the booking notes so we can check it fits – or book an additional vehicle.

Paying
You pay online by card when you book; the confirmation email is your receipt, and there is nothing to pay the driver. If your plans change, contact us before the pickup.
