The journey
The distance is about 15 miles (24 km). In normal traffic the drive takes about 35 minutes; weekday rush hours, Friday afternoons and bank holiday weekends can add a good deal more. The A4 west via Knightsbridge and Hammersmith, then the M4 to Heathrow.

Your driver collects you at the door at the time you pick; child seats are free if you add them to the booking. Heathrow has four terminals: 2, 3, 4 and 5. Terminals 2 and 3 share the central area, while 4 and 5 sit on their own, so check that the terminal on your booking matches your ticket.
Arriving back
Flying back into Heathrow? Your driver tracks the flight and waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal with your name on a sign. The first 60 minutes after landing are free and parking is already in the price, so a long passport queue costs you nothing.
