Antalya Airport Transfer Booking Guide: Step by Step
Booking a private transfer from Antalya Airport takes about five minutes. This guide explains each step of our booking form and what happens afterwards.
Step 1: Enter your route
On the search form, enter “Antalya Airport” as pickup and your hotel or address as destination, selecting both from the suggestions. The exact location determines the fixed fare – for example €35 to Lara, €45 to Belek, €50 to Kemer, €65 to Side or €75 to Alanya.
Choose Return if you also need the trip back, and enter when you want to be collected. Both journeys are paid together, and the return leg is discounted.
Step 2: Date and time
Enter the date and scheduled landing time of your flight.
Step 3: Choose the vehicle
In the Antalya region, transfers use a Mercedes Vito (First Class Van) for up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases. Bigger vehicles appear with a “Get a Custom Quote” button.
Step 4: Passenger details
- Name: shown on the driver’s sign.
- Email and phone: for the confirmation and contact on the day.
- Passengers and suitcases: checked against the vehicle.
- Flight number: used to track your arrival.
- Notes: child seats (free), apartment or villa access, bulky items.
Step 5: Pay
Payment is by card through Stripe. The amount on the pay button is the final price in the currency you chose. Your confirmation email arrives immediately.
On the day
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name; the first 60 minutes after landing are free.
When to leave for your flight home
- Antalya city, Lara, Konyaaltı – about two and a quarter to two and a half hours before an international flight.
- Belek – about two and a half hours.
- Kemer and Side – about three hours.
- Alanya – about four hours.
- Kaş and Fethiye – about five hours.
Add half an hour on summer weekends.
Changes and cancellations
Request changes at least 48 hours before pickup. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup; later cancellations are not refundable. See the cancellation policy.
