Pickup from your door
Book the pickup for about 3 hours before a short-haul departure (an hour more for long-haul). With a 30-minute drive from Kensington, that leaves roughly 2 hours 30 minutes at Heathrow for check-in, bag drop and security in normal traffic. The driver comes to your door, loads the luggage and brings free child seats if you ask for them. Heathrow has four terminals: 2, 3, 4 and 5. Terminals 2 and 3 share the central area, while 4 and 5 sit on their own, so check that the terminal on your booking matches your ticket.
Arriving back
On the way home from Heathrow to Kensington, the driver follows your flight's real landing time and meets you in the arrivals hall of your terminal. You get 60 minutes of free waiting from landing, and airport parking is included. Selecting "Return" when you book covers both legs and takes a discount off the return.
