Antalya Executive Chauffeur for Business Travellers and Congresses

Antalya is not only a holiday destination. It hosts international congresses, trade fairs, incentive trips and company meetings throughout the year, and its industrial and agricultural sectors bring business visitors in every season. Our executive chauffeur service is designed for them.

Arrivals

We track each guest’s flight. The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with the guest’s name or company name on a sign; the first 60 minutes after landing are free. Fixed fares per vehicle include €35 to city addresses and Lara, €45 to Belek and €50 to Kemer.

The car

A Mercedes Vito with individual seats, air conditioning and room for 6 large items – for one executive with luggage, or a small team with presentation material or samples.

Booking for others

Assistants and travel managers can book on behalf of guests. Please include:

• the guest’s name for the sign and a mobile number,
• the flight number and arrival time,
• the hotel, office or venue address.

The confirmation can be sent to your own email address.

Venues

Many congresses take place in the large hotels of Lara, Kundu and Belek, which have their own conference centres; others in the city or in the exhibition area just east of the airport. Tell us the venue as well as the hotel, so transfers between them can be planned.

Timing tips

• From the airport, the city and Lara are 15–30 minutes away; Belek about 35 minutes.
• Crossing the city from east to west is slowest in the late afternoon.
• Summer weekends are the busiest days at the airport.

Incentive trips

Incentive programmes in Antalya typically combine a few business sessions with leisure: a dinner in Kaleiçi, a visit to Perge and Aspendos, a golf afternoon in Belek or a boat day from the old harbour. Send us the full programme and we will plan vehicles for each part, from single Vitos to quoted minibuses.

Payment

Bookings are paid online by card and confirmed by email with a reference number. For an invoice, ask at [email protected] quoting the reference. Airlinel is operated by Londonos Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
