Antalya Airport (AYT) is the gateway to the whole Turkish Riviera, from Kemer and Kaş in the west to Side and Alanya in the east. Whichever resort you are heading for, a private transfer takes you from the arrivals hall to your hotel door at a price fixed before you fly. This page brings all the routes together.

Antalya Airport in brief

Antalya Airport has two international terminals and a domestic terminal. You do not need to tell us which one: your flight number tells the driver where to wait. In summer, especially on Saturdays and Sundays, passport control can be busy – the free waiting time is there for that.

Booking both ways

Choose “Return” in the search form and enter the date and time you want to be collected from your hotel. Both journeys are paid together, and the return leg is discounted.

Leaving for your flight

As a rule of thumb for international flights: from Lara or the city, leave about two and a quarter hours before departure; from Belek two and a half; from Kemer or Side three; from Alanya four; from Kaş or Fethiye five.

How to book, step by step

Step 1: Enter your route

On the search form, enter “Antalya Airport” as pickup and your hotel or address as destination, selecting both from the suggestions. The exact location determines the fixed fare – for example €35 to Lara, €45 to Belek, €50 to Kemer, €65 to Side or €75 to Alanya.

Choose Return if you also need the trip back, and enter when you want to be collected. Both journeys are paid together, and the return leg is discounted.

Step 2: Date and time

Enter the date and scheduled landing time of your flight.

Step 3: Choose the vehicle

In the Antalya region, transfers use a Mercedes Vito (First Class Van) for up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases. Bigger vehicles appear with a “Get a Custom Quote” button.

Step 4: Passenger details

• Name: shown on the driver’s sign.
• Email and phone: for the confirmation and contact on the day.
• Passengers and suitcases: checked against the vehicle.
• Flight number: used to track your arrival.
• Notes: child seats (free), apartment or villa access, bulky items.

Step 5: Pay

Payment is by card through Stripe. The amount on the pay button is the final price in the currency you chose. Your confirmation email arrives immediately.

Villas, apartments and door-to-door pickups

A door-to-door transfer means one vehicle, one driver, from the arrivals hall at Antalya Airport to the entrance of your accommodation. No coach, no change at a bus station, no walk from a main-road stop. It works for hotels, but it is especially valuable for apartments, villas and family homes.

City apartments

Antalya is a big city with many apartment sites behind gates. For a smooth arrival, add to the booking notes:

• the site name, block and flat number,
• a contact phone number (your host or family),
• gate codes or instructions for late arrivals.

Antalya’s city districts

Antalya city spreads over several districts: Muratpaşa with the centre, Kaleiçi and Lara; Konyaaltı to the west along the long beach; and the residential areas of Kepez to the north. All city addresses are €35 from the airport. Kaleiçi’s old town lanes are largely closed to traffic; for boutique hotels there, the driver stops as close as vehicle access allows, and many hotels send someone to help with luggage.

Villas on the coast

Villas in Kemer’s hills, Belek’s golf estates or around Kaş and Kalkan are often on unnamed lanes. Give the villa name, a map pin or landmark and the key holder’s phone number. Location pages for each area explain the specifics – for example Kemer or Alanya.

The journey

Your driver meets you in arrivals with a name sign, loads the luggage and drives directly to your address. At the door, the bags are unloaded. For the return, the pickup is at the same entrance.

Visiting family

If you are booking for relatives coming to stay with you, put their names on the booking for the sign and your phone number in the notes. You receive the confirmation; they are met by name.

Planning your arrival and departure

Every Antalya holiday starts and ends with a transfer. How long it takes – 15 minutes or three hours – depends on where you stay. This guide helps you plan both journeys and the trips in between.

Before you travel

• Book once your flights are confirmed – July and August weekends fill up.
• Choose “Return” on the search form to book both journeys; the return leg is discounted.

Arrival day

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name; the first 60 minutes after landing are free. The car is a Mercedes Vito with room for 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases.

During your holiday

Departure day

For an international flight, leave about two and a quarter hours before departure from Lara or the city, two and a half from Belek, three from Kemer or Side, four from Alanya and five from Kaş. Add half an hour on summer weekends.

Two-centre holidays

Many visitors split their stay between two areas – a city break in Kaleiçi and a beach week in Kemer, or a week in Side followed by a few nights in Lara near the airport. A private transfer between hotels takes care of the luggage; enter both hotels on the booking form for a fixed price.

Changes

Send changes at least 48 hours before the pickup. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup; later cancellations are not refundable; see the cancellation policy.

All-inclusive resorts

The Antalya coast is home to hundreds of all-inclusive resorts, grouped into a few main resort areas. Knowing which area your resort is in tells you the fare, the journey time and what to expect on arrival.

The main resort areas

Arrival at the resort

Most large resorts have a security gate; your driver handles it and stops at the main reception. Check-in usually involves passports and wristbands. If your room is not ready, resorts normally store your luggage and let you use the facilities.

Check-out day

Check-out is generally around midday, but many flights leave in the evening. Ask about late check-out or a day room, and book your pickup according to the distance – about two and a quarter hours before an international flight from Lara, three from Kemer or Side, four from Alanya.

Choosing your area

If you have not booked yet, the transfer time is worth considering. Families with small children often prefer Lara or Belek, under 40 minutes from the airport. Couples who want quieter beaches may prefer Kemer or Side. Alanya offers a lively town and long beaches, but a two-hour transfer – unless you fly to Gazipaşa.

Why not the resort coach?

Package coaches serve many resorts in one trip. If yours is at the end of the route, the journey can take twice as long as the drive. A private transfer goes straight to your resort and waits for your flight – we follow it, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free.
